Man's World?

Quoted from "Ad Women: How They Impact What We Need, Want, and Buy" by Juliann Sivulka, 2008:

Women bought ninety percent of all household purchases, sixty-two percent of all hardware, and eighty-nine percent of home remodeling. They held sixty-five percent of all savings accounts, and accounted for sixty-two percent of individual stockholders of large corporations. Women also purchased or influenced the acquisition of most automobiles. Finally, women not only outnumbered men, they also outlived them. Thus, Fortune concluded, 'Who said this was a man's world?'"

幸福

何谓幸福？

是有子女围绕着你？

是有豪宅轿车和金银珠宝？

虽然以上的我都没有，不过我还是觉得自己是幸福的。近来参与一个项目，向周遭的亲朋戚友求助，他们都乐意伸出援手倾囊相助，让我的项目能够顺利进行。

事事难料，上星期突然接获好友入院的消息，二话不说，我当晚便去探望友人。

一向积极、好动、时间排得满满的一个人，却只能坐在病榻上和我说话，气若游丝，连下床都不能。谈话间，我数度哽咽，几次几乎夺眶而出的泪水，都被我硬生生地咽下去。

我心疼友人，这么一个有进取心、积极生活、待人宽厚的人，竟会如此不幸，得此罕见病症。所幸，善有善报，再加上坚强的意志力，一个星期下来，友人复原情况良好，已能在医院走廊上行走，虽迟缓，但已叫人欣慰，稍微放心些。

短短的一个星期，让人的一颗心跌入谷底再往上爬，从一片茫然，不知所措，到再见曙光，希望友人能从此走出阴霾，顺利恢复健康，这一路上我们都会陪着你，回到往日开朗的样子。
