当然是在我最信赖的The Patissier买的,因为无法在其中两个口味中作出选择,所以与其买一个大的,我决定买两个小的:
Tinsel Holly Log Cake:
Tantalizing blackberry jelly surrounded by light sweet cream infused with the alluring and refreshing cointreau and crunchy nutty praling base wrapped with soft vanilla sponge.
Frosty Mocha Log Cake:
Light and delicate mascarpone mousse filled with plentiful golden caramelized almond and crispy crusty wafer bits flavored with rich and satisfying mocha brulee.
两个蛋糕各有支持者,有的觉得Tinsel Holly味道比较特别、慕斯比较浓郁,有的则认为Frosty Mocha口感丰富、味道比较香浓。看来买两个小的蛋糕让大家可以都尝到味道还是个不错的决定……
